We were struggling to find a bounce house rental in our area that would service at a park and after many calls/emails to other vendors, I found Bounce N Jump on a web search. The owner called me the same same day after I sent an email and his communication was awesome! He sent us videos of the jump houses and our options. It was so quick and easy to schedule for this day even considering how last minute it was. The day before they sent a reminder for the delivery and followed up the morning of with a quick ETA of the bounce house delivery. They were prompt and so friendly. Even our guests were impressed by the company and how clean the bounce house was. I would hire them for all our future events. Great customer service and just all around great people.
